Meet Amélie Dufrène

Maître d’ at Restaurant Mosaic

Amélie Dufrène trained in hospitality with a professional baccalaureate from La Guerche-de-Bretagne, followed by a BTS in Saint-Nazaire, and has been working in the world of fine dining for over ten years.
Her journey includes international experience, with four years spent in England, three of which were at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant near Oxford. She then joined Maison Pic in Valence, spending five years at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant and progressing to the position of assistant to the restaurant management.

At Château des Tesnières, Amélie now serves as Head Waitress, welcoming guests and coordinating the dining service, ensuring that every moment runs smoothly and with care.

Passionate about human connection, she enjoys creating genuine relationships with guests, helping everyone feel warmly and elegantly welcomed.
